The listed prices are in Euro (€) and apply per person and night.
The statutory taxes and duties have already been taken into account (except for those that are specified separate)

Prices Rooms

Main saison:
25.12.2021 to 08.01.2022, 01.05.2022 to 06.11.2022

Pre- and Off saison:
09.01.2022 to 30.04.2022, 07.11.2022 to 23.12.2022

Single room surcharge of 15 € (depends on season) per each person and day.

There is one dog allowed at every room.
Aditionally to the dog, you have to pay 17 €, without food.

We offer family rooms with separated bedrooms only if your child is older than 3,9 years or with an extra charge.

Short stay surcharge up to 7 nights:
10,- per day/person

Bathingrobes and bathingtowels at an additional cost of €15 per person per stay

Children's discounts:

Kid's in the same room as their parents

• free until 3,9 years in the bed of their parents
  
• 50% until 7,9 years
  
• 30% until 11,9 years
  
• 20% until 13,9 years
  

Additional costs for kids bed or extra bed and stay: € 25,00

All rooms are furnished with a SAT-TV, a blowdryer and Towels.

Prices holiday apartmens

Main saison:
25.12.2021 to 08.01.2022, 01.05.2022 to 06.11.2022

Pre- and Off saison:
09.01.2022 to 30.04.2022, 07.11.2022 to 23.12.2022

Bathroom with toilett and blowdryer, incl. Towels.
If needed: Children's bed and a babyphone.

Prices for 2-4 persons/ each day, each other guest 15€.
Local tax each person each day € 2,10 if you are 18 years old. Final cleaning €35.

A change to half board is possible at any time

• We like to invite kids under 4 years to breakfast.
• The costs of the half board for 12 year old persons are € 15,00 each.
• The costs of the half board for adults are each € 29,00 (breakfast and dinner incl.).
  

Storno

If you want to cancle your holiday 1 month before your arrival, we unfortunately have to charge you up to 72% of your booking, except if you want to rebook it in the next 12 months.

Travel insurance

We recommend an optional travel storno insurance from the european travel insurance for your booking. There comes a payment slip with every booking. You can find more information on the payment slip policy or here.

If you take a deposit with your credit card, make sure that your agreeing with the credit card company includes a cancellation insurance. Please get the right information at your provider.

Otherwise, our cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the Austrian hotel contract conditions. Judicial district will be St. Veit an der Glan.
